**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Contribute to the development of effective CMHT business services, both internal and external, through establishing good customer relationships and by delivering high quality support services
- Support the CMHT in the co-ordination and direction of corporate and/or directorate tasks and activities.
- Support the project work of the team / service, to prepare research material and collate data as required.
- Respond to routine telephone and written enquiries on behalf of the CMHT as appropriate.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, circulate documents, and follow up action as necessary.

- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
