About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Administrator to join our team at Hunter James Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to our clients, including managing in-house systems and databases, and liaising with colleagues to ensure seamless communication.
* Managing and maintaining office files, ensuring that all jobs are documented correctly and that our clients receive the highest level of service.
* Using strong IT skills to support the team, including Excel and Word.
* Multi-tasking and prioritising duties to meet deadlines and ensure high levels of customer service.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an Administration role, although full training will be given.
* Strong IT skills, including Excel and Word.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
