Hours: Full time, 37,5 Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00
Pay: £14.11 per hour

**About the Trust**
We’re a community and mental health trust, providing a wide range of services to people of all ages living in Berkshire. And to do this, we employ approximately 4,500 staff who operate from our many sites as well as out in people’s homes and in various community settings.
**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Provide direct administration support and diary management for two whole time equivalent named Paediatricians including scheduling appointments, dealing with patient queries and general administration.
- lead on a specialist area linked in with consultant i.e. safeguarding, pre-adoption medicals or children in care or autism pathway.
- Transcription/Typing of medical reports and patient correspondence with voice digital dictation typing using accurate medical terminology with excellent grammar.
- To independently provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support inclusive of referrals, EHCP requests, booking appointments, internal and external telephone calls, sending out correspondence, filing, updating patient records, discharge and archiving.
- Ensure good communications are maintained across the service; being the first point of contact with external agencies/stakeholders/services users/locality.
- provide secretarial/administrative support to the Leads and other SCS staff including diary management, meeting, and workshop organisation, preparing agendas, taking and typing minutes and circulation of papers, as well as typing reports, care plans, correspondence, ad hoc presentations etc.

**his role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years typing/ secretarial experience.**
