About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Professional to join our Legal Specialist Sales Team. As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using our CRM and sales tools, working towards individual and team KPIs and targets.
  • Communicate solutions effectively to customers, demonstrating the value of Access solutions.
  • Lead discovery sessions to ensure tailored customer demonstrations and address business and technical obstacles.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales, building strong internal relationships with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in the Legal or Property sectors, particularly with a focus on conveyancing, is advantageous.
  • Proven success in generating pipeline through various channels, including phone, email, and social forums, with multi-threading to win business.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC methodologies is helpful but not essential.
  • A team player with resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, able to effectively engage with key stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.
