The RoleTitle: Field Sales Executive
Location: Wales
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic salary
Bonus: OTE up to £60,000

- Build and maintain strong relationships with bathroom showroom managers and retail buyers across Wales, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and ensuring the company's bathroom products are well represented across the region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert product knowledge and advice to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Effectively manage the Wales territory, ensuring regular contact with key accounts and identifying new prospects.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to drive business success.
We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in field sales, ideally within the construction products or bathroom industry, with experience managing retailer or showroom relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service.
Career development and progression opportunities are available within the group, with many salespeople progressing to management roles across the wider organisation. The company offers a competitive package, including a base salary up to £45,000, OTE up to £60,000, and a company car.
