Senior Care Supervisor

Position Overview:We are seeking to appoint a Senior Care Supervisor who is prepared to advance their career. In this role with Helping Hands, you will play a crucial part in mentoring the upcoming generation of Care Assistants, ensuring they deliver exceptional support to our clients.
Your involvement will begin from the initial interview stage of new carers and continue throughout their development with Helping Hands. You will provide guidance and assistance to new team members while collaborating with the office staff on recruitment, compliance, and client feedback.
Key Responsibilities:- Guaranteeing that Care Assistants receive top-notch training
- Assisting the branch team with compliance and auditing processes
- Conducting spot checks and supervision sessions with Care Assistants
- Engaging with clients to assess and review care plans
- Performing risk assessments
