About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Boutique Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and drive business growth through exceptional customer service and strategic targeting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and exceptional customer relationship management.
  • Develop and implement in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to discuss availability and ensure a good work-life balance.
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
