We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Turning Point. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and personal care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Support individuals to access community facilities and participate in activities
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service monitoring requirements

Requirements:

  • Passionate about providing high-quality care and support
  • Flexible and able to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
  • Manual handling and physical stamina required
