Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for employees and promoting a culture of health and safety within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with senior management to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Requirements

  • NEBOSH National Diploma for H&S or equivalent.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
