We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies to improve health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, suppliers, and contractors to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent qualification.
  • Environmental management certificate.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and HSE ACOPS.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
