Job Summary:
A highly skilled Health, Safety and Environmental Manager is required to join our team at AWD online. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an HSE professional, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment, and be NEBOSH certified in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
- Monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance metrics.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH certification in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an HSE professional in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
