Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide health and safety training to staff at all levels to promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and maintain required documentation to ensure compliance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.

- Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Valid UK driving license.
