Job Overview

Are you ready for a new opportunity? Join our dynamic team at CPM as a Business Development Executive representing Suntory's renowned brands, including Lucozade Energy, Lucozade Sport, Ribena, and various alcoholic ready-to-drink products. The role offers a competitive salary of £27,500 (including base salary and bonus), along with a company vehicle, fuel card, tablet, and mobile phone. The base salary increases to £26,000 upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Ideal location: United Kingdom

Territory coverage: Local independent retailers and wholesale depots.

We encourage applications from individuals with customer-facing experience, graduates, professionals from the FMCG sector, grocery retail experience, or anyone with a positive attitude eager to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
You will engage with retailers such as Premier, Londis, Spar, Best One, and other independent stores, as well as wholesale and foodservice establishments. Your role will involve taking ownership of your territory and driving profitable growth by engaging with key decision-makers through a mix of face-to-face, virtual, and digital interactions, all supported by data insights.

With over 90% of the stores already carrying some of our products, your mission as a Business Development Executive will be to leverage your persuasive abilities to introduce additional products, enhance merchandising, and boost visibility to maximize sales potential.

Your territory will be your own to cultivate, but you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team of Business Development Executives working together to achieve outstanding results with the guidance of your field manager.
