Job Title: Older Prisoner Co-Ordinator

Red Snapper Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Older Prisoner Co-Ordinator to join our team at HMP Ashfield in Bristol.

About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who can provide high-quality support and guidance to older prisoners, helping them to overcome complex challenges and achieve a positive path forward.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver meaningful activities that promote positive health and wellbeing among older prisoners.
  • Identify and provide support, information, and advice to older prisoners on reducing re-offending.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide a comprehensive support network.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager and Buddy Lead to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Current driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
