Key Responsibilities:- Process and input customer orders and distribution accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate daily operational reports and stock reports to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate special shipping requests and expedite orders as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with customers and warehouse staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
- Handle returned merchandise and ensure proper credit is given to customers.
- Provide support with other miscellaneous projects and filing.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience in a transport/distribution/freight setting.
- Right to work in the UK.
