About the Role

Sunbelt Rentals Careers is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our regional customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and build strong relationships with regular customers
  • Deliver best-in-class service through effective management of inbound and outbound calls
  • Use product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities
  • Manage the hire contract administration and ensure timely and accurate completion
  • Work in a busy but friendly team environment

About You
