Job Summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our British Gas Services Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who have a fault with an appliance and need a repair. You will ask the right questions, listen carefully, and make effective decisions based on your findings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have a fantastic experience with us.
- Work on our Home Service Team, resolving customer issues and providing solutions.
- Identify and create opportunities to add value, promoting all the great products and offers we have for our customers.
- Support your customers by providing amazing service, always with care and courage.
- Display consistent, effective, and strong customer service behaviours while meeting KPI's and delivering a positive customer experience.

What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £17,595, with the opportunity to move to £22,100 after 52 weeks.
- A quarterly bonus of up to 16%.

How to Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have the right to work in the UK, have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years, and be a resident in England. You must also have not previously studied the course content and not undertake any other qualification during your apprenticeship. As this is a Level 3 Apprenticeship, you must not hold an undergraduate degree in any subject.
