Role Overview:
The primary objective of this position is to drive growth by promoting Schneider's products and services to a defined portfolio of accounts through effective communication. You will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within your customer base and the Schneider Electric organization. A strategic plan will be developed and executed, including a thorough SWOT analysis to identify low-spending and new customer opportunities. Success in this role requires intellect, determination, and a pragmatic approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of achieving sales targets, with direct accountability for delivering results.
  • Identify and capitalize on high-value sales opportunities while collaborating with external sales teams and business units to negotiate and finalize complex deals.
  • Create and implement a strategic portfolio plan that addresses both immediate sales goals and long-term growth prospects.
  • Surpass minimum sales expectations while maintaining outstanding levels of customer engagement.
  • Complete all reporting and forecasting tasks related to your portfolio, customer types, and product lines.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and ensure consistent updates to contact details.
  • Identify zero-spending accounts and develop them into fully engaged portfolio accounts over time.
  • Support ongoing sales initiatives within the department, including organizing activities and materials to foster a strong sales culture.
  • Continuously enhance your understanding of Schneider Electric's product and service offerings through regular training and self-directed learning.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of A level or equivalent education.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in technical writing.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of marketing processes.
  • Foundational project management skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed.
