Team Overview

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Strategic Partner Management Lead to join our vibrant and proactive Services Partnering Team within the Commercial & Delivery Assurance Division. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing Partner Management, Business Operations, Commercial Strategies, and Program Coordination with our essential partners within the Managed and Professional Services sectors across our global operations. This role is diverse and will engage with various departments across the Computacenter Group to manage sales initiatives that require partner contributions, collaborating with multiple sales, service management, and customer solution design teams.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Service Management, and Solution Design teams to establish Partner Service outcomes by nurturing partner relationships, managing the commercial aspects of solutions, and overseeing contract and Statement of Work (SoW) management. Cultivate, enhance, and expand a partner ecosystem that supports our sales and service management teams in achieving, renewing, and innovating on our customer commitments. Effectively manage the partner ecosystem to create competitive advantages for our organization, ensuring long-term value for our customers. Develop frameworks, agreements, and pricing strategies that maintain our relevance and competitiveness in the marketplace. Comprehend and promote the service catalog across various business and service lines to facilitate partner outcomes throughout the organization, both locally and internationally. Provide ongoing assessment and oversight to ensure that commercial and contractual risks are identified and mitigated. Propel our partner ecosystem towards delivering Continual Service Improvement, balancing cost and quality to meet service and customer requirements. Lead, develop, and mentor a team of professionals, implementing performance management solutions as necessary. Inspire and motivate the team to ensure the achievement of functional and business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in managing a partner or partner ecosystem for commercial and contractual purposes within an international context. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve programmatic success. Experience working in an international organization with diverse service lines. Track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Strong interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills with the capability to build relationships at all organizational levels. Excellent commercial management skills with a proven history of success. Capacity to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to take initiative and a high degree of adaptability and flexibility. Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders. Highly motivated with a commitment to personal development and a growth mindset. Positive and proactive attitude with a focus on continual improvement. Previous experience in people management is desirable.
