Overview of the Role

An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Partner Management Lead to become a vital part of our proactive Services Partnering Team within the Commercial & Delivery Assurance Division. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing Partner Management, Business Management, and Program Management in collaboration with our key partners in the Managed and Professional Services sectors across our International operations. This position is diverse and will engage with various teams across the Computacenter Group to drive sales initiatives that necessitate partner contributions, while interfacing with multiple sales, service management, and customer solution design teams.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales, Service Management, and Solution Design teams to establish Partner Service outcomes by nurturing partner relationships and managing the commercial aspects of solutions, including contracts and Statements of Work (SoW). Develop, maintain, and expand a partner ecosystem that empowers our sales and service management teams to secure, renew, and innovate on customer commitments. Effectively manage the partner ecosystem to create a competitive edge for our organization, ensuring long-term value for our customers through the development of frameworks, agreements, and pricing strategies that keep us competitive in the marketplace. Drive the service catalog across various business and service lines to facilitate partner outcomes throughout the organization, both domestically and internationally. Provide ongoing assessment and monitoring to mitigate and manage commercial and contractual risks. Lead our partner ecosystem to achieve Continual Service Improvement, balancing cost efficiency and quality to meet service and customer requirements. Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of professionals, implementing performance management solutions as necessary. Inspire and motivate the team to ensure the successful achievement of functional and business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in managing a partner or partner ecosystem for commercial and contractual purposes within an international context. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve programmatic success. Experience working in an international business environment with diverse service lines. Track record of delivering exceptional customer service standards. Strong interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills with the capability to build relationships at all organizational levels. Excellent commercial management skills, with a history of successful outcomes. Ability to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proactive approach to achieving results, exhibiting a high degree of adaptability and flexibility. Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Highly motivated individual with a commitment to personal development and a growth-oriented mindset. Positive attitude and a drive for continuous improvement. Prior experience in people management is desirable.
