Our client, a leading supplier of plastic building products, operates a network of trade counter branches across the UK. These branches provide a busy and thriving working environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.

The Branch Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Branch Manager in Thetford, working closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be a versatile and proactive individual with a can-do attitude, able to work effectively within a small team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance to the team to maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
  • Assisting with health and safety compliance and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Supporting the Branch Manager in achieving branch performance targets.
  • Providing cover in the branch when required.
  • Assisting with multi-drop deliveries and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
