Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers within the area to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to achieve sales and margin targets, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular feedback and follow-up.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our innovative product range to local trade professionals and companies.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Management Team to agree marketing and sales campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure timely deliveries to customers and implement initiatives to improve business performance.
Requirements
  • A full and valid driving license is essential for this role.
  • Proven track record of field-based business development success and managing trade staff.
  • Experience in a similar management role within a trade, builders merchant, retail, glazing, or UPVC environment.
  • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of negotiation and profit margins.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver sales presentations to a diverse customer base.
  • Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude with a commitment to contributing to the growth of the business.
