Overview

As a Branch Manager at Spicerhaart, you will be responsible for leading a team of estate agents in delivering exceptional service to clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the estate agency team to discuss sales targets and strategies
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings
  • Encourage team development and progression, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business, and developing strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales, ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within estate agency at a senior negotiator position, property valuer position, or higher
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch, and monitor and assess performance of local competitors
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to estate agency, and ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service, and ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner, and strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
  • Attention to detail
