About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Estate Agency team in Thetford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales performance and business development opportunities.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Liaise with prospective buyers to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position or higher.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to create and action business plans to drive sales growth and improve performance.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
