Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Relationships

Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers within the area, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Management

Manage a portfolio of customers to achieve sales and margin targets, ensuring timely follow-up on customer inquiries and issues.

Marketing and Sales Campaigns

Collaborate with the Regional Management Team to develop and implement marketing and sales campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Customer Service

Ensure customer satisfaction in all areas through regular feedback and follow-up, maintaining a high level of customer service and support.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on clients and sales activities, providing valuable insights for business growth and development.

Requirements
  • Commercial Awareness

Strong commercial awareness, with a comprehensive understanding of negotiation and profit margins, and the ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.

Field-Based Experience

Consistent track record of field-based business development success and managing trade staff, with experience within a similar management role ideally within a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing, or UPVC environment.

Leadership Skills

Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Communication Skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver sales presentations to a diverse customer base, and negotiate with customers to achieve sales and margin targets.

Driving License

A full and valid driving license is essential for this role, as you will be required to travel extensively throughout the region.
