About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Estate Agency team in Thetford. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of estate agents, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales targets, marketing strategies, and customer feedback.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create and implement business plans to drive growth and improve sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
  • Attention to detail.
