Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role in the property industry.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and team management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

  • Basic Salary of up to £25,000.
  • OTE of £50,000.
  • Company Car or car allowance.
  • Guarantee for the first few months.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday.
  • Saturdays on a rota basis.
