About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Strategic Partnerships. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving our business forward and building strong relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with key vendors and distributors to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, account managers, and internal management teams.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to ensure commercially viable models are identified for key customer opportunities.
  • Manage rebate programs for distribution and vendors, excluding Cisco.
  • Collaborate with the CTO office to ensure alignment with technology strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in building relationships across an organization.
  • Broad understanding of key industry technology trends, customer needs, and solutions.
  • Experience in building solution and vendor-based go-to-markets.
  • Strong understanding of vendor programs and incentive schemes.
  • A history of achieving and overachieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build effective and constructive relationships at multiple levels within technology vendors and distribution partners.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in sales in software, hardware, security, cloud, managed services, and ITAM.
  • Good understanding and knowledge of key vendor technologies, programs, and reward structures.
  • Understanding of technologies that will disrupt the market in future years.
  • Ability to set a vision and drive teams to achieve goals in a considered and effective way.
