We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team at CAE Technology Services Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships with key vendors and distributors, aligning with customer and market dynamics, and identifying key solutions, vendors, and technologies to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales and account managers to understand customer requirements and ensure alignment between CAE, vendors, and distributors.
- Collaborate with other key leaders within the business to identify key solutions, vendors, and technologies to support business growth.
- Work with the Business Development Director to ensure targets are met and commercial agreements are in place.
- Maximize opportunities within existing and net new customers by working closely with sales teams.
- Ensure commercial viability of key customer opportunities through the sales engagement cycle, covering net profitability, operational impact, and commercial risk.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and distributors, influencing commercial terms and driving business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of building relationships across an organization.
- Experience in building solution and vendor-based go-to-markets.
- Ability to control costs in line with project and budgetary expectations.
- Highly developed networking, relationship, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales across software, hardware, security, cloud, managed services, and ITAM.
- Strong knowledge of key partners, including Microsoft, Dell, and Cisco.
