Platinum Recruitment Consultancy Limited is seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to join their team in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying new commercial opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and stay ahead of competitors.

  • Negotiate and execute contracts with accounts, and monitor competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in science or business, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in building strong professional relationships and driving business growth.
  • Commercial mindset, with a focus on account management and business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence to achieve objectives.
