Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and distributors to ensure alignment with our business objectives
- Work closely with our sales and account management teams to understand customer requirements and ensure effective solutions are delivered
- Identify opportunities to develop sales strategies and maximize customer opportunities with vendors and distributors
- Manage rebate programs for distribution and vendors, excluding Cisco
- Collaborate with our CTO office to ensure we are working with the right vendors to deliver our technology strategy
- Work with our commercial team to ensure we have a commercially viable model identified for key customer opportunities
- Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of key industry technology trends, customer needs, and solutions
- Experience in building relationships across an organization and driving business growth
- Ability to build effective and constructive relationships at multiple levels within vendors and distributors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence
- Good understanding and knowledge of key vendor technologies, programs, and reward structures
- Experience of sales in Software, Hardware, Security, Cloud, Managed Services, and ITAM
- Understanding of technologies that will disrupt the market in future years
- Ability to set a vision and drive teams to achieve goals in a considered and effective way
- Experience of managing budgets and improving bottom line margin
- Experience of global supply chain management, cross-border logistics, and operations
