Job Title: Head of Asset Management

Thrive Homes is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Asset Management to lead our Asset team in delivering efficient programs and maintaining high-quality, safe homes for our customers.

About the Role:
  • Lead the Asset team to achieve strategic objectives and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize portfolio performance and minimize expenditure.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Repairs to ensure a holistic approach to maintenance and improve decision-making.
  • Deliver customer-centric services using technology, innovation, and data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with current and future legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and deliver strategic portfolio realignment opportunities for under-performing assets.
  • Lead Thrive's response to EPC-C and Net Zero carbon objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of an incoming asset management database and system.
  • Provide assurance on the compliance of our homes to meet all legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering asset management and green strategies, including knowledge of data systems, tools, and reporting.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading high-performing teams and managing property portfolios with commercial awareness.
  • Positive leadership qualities that inspire and motivate colleagues and partners.
  • Extensive contract management or commensurate commercial experience.
  • Ability to role model Thrive's core behaviors and demonstrate technical expertise.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and understanding evidence and assurance requirements.
