Job Title: Head of Assets

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Assets to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our asset investment programmes, focusing on repairs and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset investment plans to ensure the long-term sustainability of our properties.
  • Oversee refurbishment projects, including high-rise heat system replacements.
  • Build and maintain a strong stock condition service to support our investment model.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in asset management, preferably in the social housing sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
