Clinical Psychologist for Youth Services

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Clinical Psychologist to join our specialized team at Cognus Limited, focusing on children and young individuals who are neurodiverse. Our environment is supportive and collaborative, taking into account various factors that may influence assessment outcomes, including cultural aspects and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored support for neurodevelopmental and mental health needs.
- Enhance leadership capabilities and contribute to the ongoing development of our services.
- Engage in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
- Deliver public presentations and supervise assistant psychologists.
Applicants should possess a solid understanding of child development, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and associated mental health issues such as trauma and anxiety. Experience working with autistic youth aged 8-18 is essential, along with the ability to apply psychological theories in community settings and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
