We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist or CBT Therapist to join our dynamic team at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust. As a CBT and EMDR Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based psychological treatments to individuals with common mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct specialist psychological assessments and treatments for clients with depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and eating disorders.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to clients.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in clinical supervision and peer review to ensure high standards of practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and service improvements.
- Doctoral-level training in clinical or counselling psychology or equivalent.
- Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients within an NHS Talking Therapies service.
- Knowledge of evidence-based psychological therapies, particularly CBT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
