CBT and EMDR Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist or Counselling Psychologist to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team at South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust. As a CBT and EMDR Therapist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based psychological treatments to individuals with common mental health problems, including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct specialist psychological assessments and treatments for clients with complex mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and objectives
- Provide clinical supervision to junior staff members and contribute to the development of the team's clinical practice
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of care pathways and protocols

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Doctoral level training in clinical or counselling psychology (or its equivalent for those trained prior to 1996)Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients within an NHS Talking Therapies serviceKnowledge of effective care pathway navigation across primary and secondary care psychological therapies services-
