Job Summary:

Progresso Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our client's team in Bromley, Kent. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee the work of project managers and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to project managers.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project managers to deliver projects successfully.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including ProCore.
  • MCIOB or equivalent qualification.
  • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of construction industry practices and regulations.
