Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our Hospital Refurbishment Project in the Bromley area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate contracts, timetables, and cost estimates with clients and contractors.
  • Site Management: Supervise all on-site activities, manage personnel, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with architects, engineers, local government officials, contractors, and clients to obtain permits, licenses, and approvals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring a safe working environment and minimizing delays.
  • Resource Management: Order equipment and materials, manage their use, and oversee personnel involved in the project.

Requirements:
