We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to lead and manage our care services in a person-centred way.

Care Manager Job Role:

You will use your expertise to develop and sustain our care services, actively leading and supporting your team to deliver the highest standards of care to our clients, care workers, and office staff.

With substantial relevant experience and outstanding people management skills, you must have the ability to build effective relationships with your team, clients, and the local community.

Working in line with regulatory compliance, you will take our care services to achieve its full potential.

Care Manager Essential Criteria:

  • Experienced in caring for older people, learning disabilities, mental health, autism, and other complex needs.
  • A capable and confident leader with the drive and interest to grow and shape a team.
  • Experienced in managing a successful care service and excited to work with Carepoint Services Limited.
  • Confident in your knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  • Passionate about delivering first-class, person-centred care.
  • A positive leader and motivator.
  • Completed Health and Social Care Level 5 or equivalent.
  • Hands-on team player who is not resilient to care calls in an emergency situation.
  • Unflappable and able to deal with pressured situations maturely and calmly.
  • Well-organised and familiar with Microsoft Office and care management systems.
  • At least 2 years management experience is a must.
  • Someone who is driven and passionate enough to understand that a successful leader is not always in the office and is happy to meet clients and motivate staff in the field as well.
