About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Helping Hands. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Registered Care Manager with the day-to-day operations of our care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Care Manager in the allocation of care staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Conduct regular observations and supervisions of care teams to ensure high standards of care are being delivered.
- Assist in the recruitment and induction of new care staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent care to our customers.
- Work closely with the Branch Care Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring the commercial growth of the branch.
- Ensure that all care plans are up-to-date and reflective of the customer's changing needs.
Requirements
- A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working in a supervisory role within the care sector.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
