About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to join our team at The Care Social Network, a well-established homecare provider. As a Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients in Bromley and Sevenoaks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Health and Social Care Regulations
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to coordinate and further the development of a high-quality private domiciliary care service
  • Network in the franchise territory to raise awareness of the service and grow the number of hours of care
  • Promote the highest standards of care and service with a focus on person-centred care
  • Manage the process of client acquisition from initial contact, care consultation with client and family through to conversion, adhering to company policy

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in Domiciliary care
  • Commitment to driving the business forward whilst continuing to provide the best quality care
  • Share our commitment to providing outstanding care
  • Flexible and willing
  • Car driver/own transport (Essential)
