About the Role:

Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a skilled Deputy Care Manager to lead the development of a high-quality private domiciliary care service for older adults in local communities.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Franchise Owner and Registered Manager to coordinate the delivery of exceptional care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a positive culture within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development of care services, working closely with the Franchise Owner and Registered Manager.
  • Lead the implementation of quality control systems, conducting regular quality assurance visits to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage client acquisition, from initial contact to conversion, adhering to company policies.
  • Conduct care planning and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, forwarding them to relevant bodies as required.
  • Promote a positive culture within the organization, aligning with Home Instead's ethos and values.
  • Provide inspired leadership to the team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and safe staffing levels.

Requirements:

  • Extensive care experience, with a proven track record in providing excellent customer service.
  • Proven experience in leading, training, and managing a team to deliver high-quality domiciliary care services.
  • Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the Care Standards regulations.
  • Strong skills in conducting care assessments and care planning.
