About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Live Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse range of UK and international projects for our clients in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take and interpret project briefs to deliver high-quality results
  • Contribute to project pitches and costings to secure new business
  • Develop creative ideas to ensure project proposals are engaging and effective
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage and negotiate with suppliers and DMCs to secure the best possible deals
  • Oversee budget management and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
  • Lead onsite project management, including the management of suppliers and freelancers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working within an agency environment managing and delivering events from start to finish
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Proven experience of delivering international events, particularly in locations including the USA and APAC
  • Experience of proposal creation and pitching, as well as managing project teams
