Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain high-level project plans, ensuring all key milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Manage project budgets and payment schedules, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective project management processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the consumer electronics or medical sectors.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in product development and manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Scrum and MS Project.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Solid Works and JIRA/Scrum.
  • Speaking Mandarin, a big plus.
