About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Harris Commercial Ltd. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for fostering and growing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and driving success within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of low-spending and lapsed accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best solutions to customers.
  • Analyse account performance and implement strategies to maximize growth.
