About the Role

We're seeking a skilled People Supporter to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our People Services Centre, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice and guidance to our colleagues, managers, and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and effective support to resolve queries and issues, escalating to specialists when necessary.
  • Offer guidance and advice on People policy and procedures, ensuring a high level of accuracy and empathy.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and external customers, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Contribute to process improvements and service enhancements, driving efficiency and effectiveness within the People Services Centre.
