About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Consultant. As an HR Consultant, you will work closely with small to medium-sized businesses to provide expert HR advice and support. Your primary responsibility will be to help businesses navigate complex HR issues, develop effective HR strategies, and implement best practices to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to small to medium-sized businesses
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance HR knowledge and skills
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • General HR advising experience at senior level
  • CIPD qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Friendly and engaging manner with a commercial approach to HR
  • Experience and confidence consulting on ER matters to different types of business areas
  • Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
  • Ability to travel locally to meet clients
