The Recruitment Co is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Administrator to join our expanding team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records, documents, and communications to ensure a clear audit trail.
- Coordinate with external parties and suppliers to provide third-party services, including RICS valuations and contractor reports.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to problems, communicating these in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure adherence to service standards and service levels, prioritizing work and chasing agents and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to the 1-1 appraisal process, providing supporting evidence and participating in ad-hoc projects as required.
- A competitive starting salary of £22,500 + commission.
- A permanent role with 37.5 hours per week.
- 28 days' annual leave, including bank holidays.
