Key Responsibilities:
As a Credit Controller, you will be instrumental in ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Issuing and managing invoices to tenants, ensuring compliance with lease agreements.
  • Following up on outstanding payments to secure timely collections.
  • Reconciling tenant and customer accounts to maintain accurate records.
  • Preparing detailed reports on arrears for the Portfolio Team.
  • Identifying potential bad debts and coordinating necessary approvals for write-offs.
  • Organizing and participating in meetings regarding portfolio arrears with relevant stakeholders.
  • Calculating provisions for bad debts for posting by financial accountants.
  • Collaborating with insolvency professionals to ensure accurate claims and billing.
