Role: Contracts and Compliance Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts and Compliance Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Contracts and Compliance departments, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance in managing contracts for STEM Learning and the ENTHUSE Charitable Trust.
  • Prepare contract documents using approved templates, working closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Manager and Compliance Manager to address inquiries from colleagues and external parties, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Utilize IT systems, such as Signable, to efficiently manage contracts and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, ensuring accessibility for relevant teams.
  • Respond to routine inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Assist the Compliance Manager in developing and delivering staff training programs on various policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all contracts and compliance-related information is current and readily accessible within the organization's internal systems.
  • Support the Compliance Manager in monitoring data security practices, providing guidance and escalating potential issues.
  • Contribute to the administration of the information security management system and related processes.
Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Experience with contract management and compliance procedures is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant IT systems is essential. A commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork is crucial for success in this role.
